O fanatismo religioso entre outros

Em nossa época, supostamente dominada pela ciência e pela tecnologia, o fanatismo parece ser uma reação made in recalcado do inconsciente da humanidade. Fanatismo, vem do latim fanaticus, quer dizer "o que pertence a um templo", fanum. O indivíduo fanático  ocupa o lugar de escravo diante do senhor absoluto, que, pode ser uma divindade, um líder mundano, uma causa suprema ou uma fé cega. O fanatismo é alimentado por um sistema de crenças absolutas e irracionais  que visa  servir à um ser  poderoso empenhado na luta contra o Mal. Ou seja, o fanático acha que pode exorcizar pessoas e coisas supostamente possuídas pelo demônio", "combater as forças do Mal" ou "salvar a humanidade" do caos.

Tendo origem no dogma religioso, o fanatismo não se restringe a esse campo único; existe fanatismo por uma raça, um time de futebol, por um partido político, sobretudo por ideologias revolucionárias quando extrapolam a dimensão racional, sentindo-se guiada pela "fantasia da escolha divina".  Foi fanatismo religioso que fez muitos seguirem Jin Jones (Templo do Povo), Asahara (Verdade suprema), David Koresh (Ramo davidiano), Jo Dimambro (Templo Solar) e tantos outros místicos ou charlatães que terminaram causando tragédias coletivas, noticiadas no mundo todo. A história conheceu também os histerismos coletivos da "caça as bruxas", a perseguição aos negros, índios, comunistas, homossexuais, prostitutas.  O movimento da Jihad islâmica contra os "infiéis do ocidente" e a "guerra aos terroristas" do ocidente cristão, demonstram que o  Precisamos admitir que, a história da humanidade é também a história dos vários fanatismos dominando grupos humanos, sempre com consequências trágicas. Esse pedaço da história renegado nos causa vergonha, medo e sinalizam alertas para possíveis efeitos negativos no rumo da civilização.

Como dissemos, o fanatismo atua para além do efeito religioso, mas não extrapola ao campo ideológico como um todo. Há fanatismo entre crentes de todo o tipo, do menos ao mais irracional. Mas, não existe fanatismo racional, em que pese o fato de um certo tipo de razão (instrumental, cínica, etc) também ter cometidos os seus desatinos e crimes  . Assim, para o fanático religioso, não basta adorar um Deus visto como Senhor absoluto, é necessário ser soldado dele na terra, lutar pela causa superior, pregar, exorcizar, forçar os "infiéis" ou "divergentes" à conversão absoluta, à qualquer preço. O fanático está sempre disposto a dar provas do quanto sua causa suprema vale mais do que as próprias vidas: dele, de sua família ou mesmo de toda a humanidade. Ele mata por uma ideia e igualmente morre por ela

 Geralmente os fanáticos que se tornam assassinos o fazem "em nome de Deus", ou em nome de um Outro qualquer. Ele é apenas um comandado. Já os assassinatos múltiplos disparados por um franco atirador anônimo, nos EUA,  parecem não ser movidos por um Outro, ou "Grande ser", isto porque o assassino se diz que é o próprio "Deus".

 Basta ir a um templo evangélico ou, nas madrugadas, assistir pela televisão um show de exorcismo

Nesse sentido, o Prof. Hilton Japiassu, costuma citar F. Jacob, que diz: "Não é somente o interesse que leva os homens a se matarem. Também é o dogmatismo. Nada é tão perigoso quanto a certeza de ter razão. Nada causa tanta destruição quanto a obsessão de uma verdade considerada como absoluta. Todos os crimes da História são consequência de algum fanatismo. Todos os massacres foram realizados por virtude: em nome da religião verdadeira, do racionalismo legítimo, da política idônea, da ideologia justa; em suma, em nome do combater contra a verdade do outro, do combate contra Satã" . FANATISM

At our time, supposedly dominated for science and the technology, the fanatism seems to be a reaction made in stressed of the unconscious one of the humanity. Fanatism, comes of Latin fanaticus, wants to say " what it belongs to one templo" , fanum. Que diferença fará daqui a 100 anos?

Se você:

Morou em uma mansão ou numa choupana;

Se comprou roupas em boutiques caras ou num bazar beneficente;

Se comeu em prato de porcelana ou numa simples marmita;

Se possuia um lindo carro importado ou andava de ônibus;

Se pisava sobre tapetes persas ou sobre um piso de terra batida;

Se tinha milhões em reservas financeiras ou se vivia com um salário mínimo por mês;

Que diferença isso fará daqui a 100 anos?
Nenhuma! Absolutamente nenhuma!

No entanto, há um fator que fará muita diferença em sua vida não só daqui a 100 anos, mas por toda eternidade

Este fator é Jesus Cristo. Só com Jesus no coração é que seremos salvos.

Foi o próprio Jesus quem atestou esta verdade dizendo em

João 6-47. "Em verdade, vos digo: quem crê em mim tem a vida eterna".

What difference does it make in 100 years?

However, there is one factor that will make much difference in your life not only in 100 years, but for all eternity
This factor is Jesus Christ. Only with Jesus in my heart is that we are saved.
It was Jesus himself who testified that truth telling in
John 6-47. "Truly I tell you who believes in Me has everlasting life."
