All, they all want to live in the top of the mountain ... but all the happiness is during the rise.
To live is to take risks, you expose yourself to always win.

Chega a viver 70 anos.
RENOVATION
The eagle is the bird that has the biggest longevity of the sort. He comes surviving 70 years.
But to reach this age, to 30 years she has to take a serious and difficult decision.

- The lengthened and sharp beak is bent.
- Beginning to appear against the chest there are the wings aged and weighed in function of the thickness of the feathers, and to fly already it is so difficult!
Then, the eagle only has two alternatives:
- die
- or to face a painful process of renovation that will be going to last 150 days.
This process consists in flying for the top of a mountain and to retire in a nest near to a thick wall where she does not need to fly.
Then, after to find this place, the eagle begins to hit with the beak a wall up to managing to pull out it, waits is born a new beak, with which it is going then to pull out his nails.
When the new nails begin to be born, she passes pulls out it the old feathers.

Why do we keep on flying a flight of victory, have we to to come off of memories, customs and other traditions that caused us pain.
Only release of the weight of the past, we will be able to use the valuable result what a renovation always brings.

Therefore the Eagle knows that the more high to fly, calmer and more shining the sky becomes. E does not have nothing in the life that God in the part to load, that we let us not can lead gliding with the wings of the conjunct… E to the look stops backwards will see that the storm passed and will find new forces and will also gain courage”

A Águia e a Galinha

Viu as galinhas lá embaixo, ciscando grãos.
- Eu lhe havia dito, ela virou galinha!
Amanhã a farei voar.
No dia seguinte, o naturalista e o camponês levantaram bem cedo.

The Eagle and the chicken
A metaphor of the human condition

Once upon a time a peasant who was the nearby forest to catch a bird to keep it in his home. Managed to catch an eagle. Put it in the chicken coop along with the chickens. Ate corn and feed for chickens. Though the Eagle was the King/Queen of all birds. After five years, this man has received on his home visits from a naturalist. While strolling through the garden, said the naturalist:
-This bird is not there. Is an eagle.
-In fact-he said the peasant. Is the Eagle. But I created as chicken.
She is not but an eagle. Turned into chicken as the other, despite the wings almost three meters long.
-No-replied the naturalist. She is and will always be an eagle. Because it has a heart of Eagle. This heart will one day fly at heights. -No, no – insisted the peasant. She turned chicken and never will fly like the Eagle. Then decided to do a test. The naturalist took the Eagle, has a loud and challenging the said:-since you actually is an eagle, since you belong to heaven rather than Earth, so spread your wings and fly! The Eagle has landed on the outstretched arm of naturalist. I gazed absently around. Saw the hens down there, ciscando grains. And hopped unto them. The peasant commented:
-I told you, she turned a simple chicken!
-Not-made to insist the naturalist. She is an eagle.
And an Eagle will always be an eagle. We will try again tomorrow.
The next day, the naturalist rose with the Eagle on the roof of the House. Whispered to him:
-Eagle, since you are an eagle, open your wings and fly!
But when the Eagle saw down there the chickens, ciscando the floor, jumped out and went with them.
The peasant smiled and returned to load:
-I had said, she turned chicken!
-No-replied firmly the naturalist. She is always have a heart, Eagle of Eagle. Let's try one last time. Tomorrow I will fly.
The next day, the naturalist and the peasant raised very early. Took the Eagle, took him out of town, away from the men's homes, on top of a mountain. The rising sun dourava the peaks of the mountains. The naturalist lifted the Eagle for the high and ordered it:
-Eagle, since you are an eagle, since you belong to heaven and not on Earth, spread your wings and fly!
The Eagle looked around. Trembled as if experienced new life. But not flown. Then the naturalist held her firmly and in the direction of the Sun, so that their eyes could fill solar and clarity of the vastness of the horizon.
At that moment, she opened its powerful wings, croaked with the typical kau-kau of Eagles and stands, sovereign over itself. And began to fly, to fly upwards, to fly more and more towards the top. Flew ... flew ... to be confused with the blue of the sky ...
And Aggrey ended urging:
Brothers and sisters, my fellow countrymen! We were created in the image and likeness of God! But there were people who made us think like chickens. And many of us still feel that we are actually chickens. But we are eagles. So, companions, open the wings and voemos. Voemos as the Eagles. Never satisfied with the beans that we play to feet for ciscar.
